Am I overtraining? I do HIIT on alternate days, so that is 4 times a week. The in-between days I do moderate intensity cardio. No rest ever.

I don't know why anyone would work out using super slow resistance training.....It just doesn't make sense. You get almost no benefit from it at all, if any. You'd be much better off performing HIIT...
